The Lava Rocks on the bracelets are created from solidified lava after a volcanic eruption. The Lava Rocks unite the energy of fire and earth and have a healing and grounding effect and stimulate your willpower and perseverance.
The black Lava Rocks are quite porous, allowing essential oils to be absorbed well. Place one or two drops of your favorite essential oil on the Lava Rock. Rub it in and let it dry. High-quality essential oils generally absorb quickly.
